At Dayah Family Home Child Care, tuition payments reserve your child's space in our program. Because child care staffing, scheduling, and enrollment are planned based on reserved spaces, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Enrollment and Registration Fees

 

All registration fees, enrollment fees, waitlist fees, and supply fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Tuition Payments

 

Tuition payments are used to reserve your child's enrollment space and are non-refundable once care has been scheduled.

Families are responsible for tuition payments regardless of attendance, including absences due to:

• Illness

• Vacation

• Personal days

• Family emergencies

• Weather-related absences

• Holidays

• Temporary closures permitted by law

Withdrawal from Care

 

Families wishing to withdraw from the program must provide written notice according to the terms outlined in their Child Care Agreement.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional tuition charges as specified in the enrollment contract.

No refunds will be issued for unused days after withdrawal.

Program Closures

 

Tuition remains due during scheduled holidays, provider vacation days, training days, and other planned closures communicated in advance to families.

In the event of an emergency closure, refunds or credits will be considered at the sole discretion of Dayah Family Home Child Care and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Over-payments

 

Verified over-payments made by a family will be refunded or applied as a credit toward future tuition at the discretion of Dayah Family Home Child Care.

Exceptional Circumstances

 

Requests for refunds due to extraordinary circumstances may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

Changes to This Policy

 

Dayah Family Home Child Care reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and provided to enrolled families as required.
